1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Skin Society Miami website (the "Site") and to the text and email communications described in Section 7. Skin Society Miami ("Skin Society," "we," "us") is a medical esthetics studio located at 2608 NW 97th Ave, Doral, FL 33172. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information on this Site

Treatment descriptions, prices, packages, and memberships on the Site are provided for general information and may change at any time. The price and details shown at checkout when you book are the ones that apply. Content on this Site is not medical advice. Results vary from person to person, and multiple sessions may be recommended.

3. Booking appointments

Appointments, deposits, and payments are handled through Boulevard, a third-party booking platform available through our Site. Your booking is also subject to Boulevard's Client Terms of Service and Privacy Notice, shown during the booking process. Any deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling policy is displayed at checkout before you confirm your appointment, and by booking you agree to the policy shown. Please follow the “Instructions before your appointment” listed on each treatment.

4. Health information and safety

Some treatments require accurate health information. You agree to provide complete and truthful information in any intake form and to tell us about medications, skin conditions, pregnancy, allergies, and any other factor that may affect your treatment. We may decline or modify a treatment if we believe it is not safe for you.

5. Memberships and packages

Memberships are recurring monthly plans. The monthly price, minimum commitment (for example, 6 or 12 months), and what is included are shown for each plan and at the time of purchase. By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until the plan ends or is cancelled in accordance with the terms shown at purchase. Refund, expiration, and cancellation terms for packages and memberships are those shown at purchase or provided to you in writing by our team.

6. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The text, images, logos, and other content on the Site belong to Skin Society Miami or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.

7. SMS & Email Marketing Terms

7.1 Program description. When you book an appointment or join one of our lists, you may receive appointment-related messages (such as reminders, confirmations, and account updates) and marketing messages (such as news, promotions, and special offers) from Skin Society Miami by text message and by email.

7.2 Consent. By booking an appointment through our online booking platform, or by providing your mobile number or email address in a form that links to these Terms, you agree to receive texts and emails from Skin Society Miami at the number or address you provided, including messages sent using an automated system. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can withdraw your consent at any time as described below.

7.3 Message frequency and costs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

7.4 How to opt out. To stop marketing texts, reply NO PROMOS to any text message. To stop all text messages, including appointment reminders, reply STOP. To stop marketing emails, click "unsubscribe" in any email. You can also update your preferences on the Communication Preferences page linked in your appointment emails, or contact us. To opt back in to texts, reply START to the number you received messages from or update your preferences.

7.5 Help. Reply HELP to any text message, or contact us at info@skinsocietymiami.com or (305) 528-0714.

7.6 Timing. We do not send marketing text messages before 8:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

7.7 Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is available for U.S. mobile phone numbers.

7.8 Privacy. We do not sell or share mobile information or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as Boulevard, Google Maps, and social media platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skin Society Miami is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This section does not limit any rights or obligations relating to treatments, which are governed by the consent forms you sign and applicable law, and it does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
